I'm using RC18. Hint balloons on the remote PC don't show up on the Viewer PC. I've seen some posts about "overlay" problems - is this a known bug?
I also use NetOp and pcAnywhere remote control pgms and those don't appear to have this overlay problem.
To repeat this problem (for example): Place the remote cursor on the VNC icon in the Tray. On the remote screen, the balloon hint will pop up, but it will not be visible on the viewer PC's screen.
If this IS a known problem, are there any plans to correct it?
