Seems like the RC19-5 installer is broken...
I just got a report from a user that they can't install RC19-5. It tries to download components from the Internet, can find the server, and dies.
Is there are more current installer somewhere?

Would you mind if I put a link to the RC19-7 install on the plugin website? Since my latest version only works with your latest version, I'm getting a lot of Emails over the install of RC19-5.
