happens in both Windows 7 Ultimate/64bit at home
and winxp pro 32bit here...

viewer and server versions are 1.0.8.2
used DSM plugin no password saved
, saves (at least here at xp ) if no plugin is selected.

no password saved with dsmplugin, for safety reason.
password saved without dsmplugin

I have different result.

I'm using WinXP Prof with MSRC4Plugin-122.dsm plugin for both server and viewer. I can save the password into the .vnc file without problem.

For testing, I switch the plugin with SecureVNCPlugin, still OK.
