UltraVNC - Dropped VOIP calls while accessing the remote PC

I installed UltraVNC 1.08.2 on my Mom's computer to fix her problems when she calls.

Problem we have is when I am on the phone with her and accessing her computer at the same time, the phone call drops ( disconnects us ).

She has a combination cable / voip modem (SBV5220) with a Linksys router attached. The router is "behind" the modem.

Is there some setting in the router or the modem I should be using to prevent the dropped calls ? Thanks !

Try a heavy compressor, possible voip get killed because vnc use a lot of band.
