UVNC & SC doesn't work with UMTS connection without publicIP

Sorry for the very long topic, I'm searching for a solution from some days, but I found nothing!
I use Ubuntu and would like to send the SC to some person, for remote assistance. I have an UMTS connection, wich doesn't have a public IP, but a shared IP (H3G, Italy).
I configured the SC, I request a public host to DynDNS, I installed the repeater and the SSVNC viewer on my Ubuntu 10.04.
I made tests with a Windows Vista in a Sun Virtual Box, but it doesn't work.

Now I think it's impossible at all, all help is appreciated.

It's impossible if your public IP address is really shared, as you say.

I gather you have a 10.x.x.x address on your local router or directly on your Ubuntu machine, and that 10.x address is part of H3G's internal network, is that correct?

If so, you need to have a repeater <b>outside</b> your local network, somewhere in the world with a public IP address. Many web hosts can suffice, if you use Karl Runge's Perl version of the repeater.

The point of using a repeater is that it, and only it, needs to have a publicly accessible IP address.

you will need an external ssh server, to use as a repeater, but you can then use linux ssh and vnc instead of win viewer.

It's all correct, my IP is 10.x.x.x.
I'll ask to my web-hosting server, gandi.net & tuxfamily.org (or can I provide myself?)

I found the repeater service and it works!
But not with SC, only with PcHelpWare (perhaps only I haven't done the correct settings).

Search repeater01 in the Forum. It's a volunteer service for who haven't a public IP available, needed from UVNC to work.
