UVNC not working on Win 7

Ok, I'm using UltraVNC Viewer on a laptop with Windows XP, Trying to connect to a machine running Windows 7 running UltraVNC Server. I'm successful when connecting from the laptop to any other machine running XP. Just install VNC, set a password, open port in firewall/disable firewall, and I'm up and running...

What am I doing so wrong in Windows 7? I installed UltraVNC Server, I set a password, yet everytime I try to connect to this machine on my laptop, it tells me VNC Authentication Failed. This is the same password I've set up in the options. No idea why it's saying that.

The first error is VNC Authentication Failed, then the second time right afterwards, it says "Your connection has been rejected"

Sigh, the firewall is turned completely. Not sure what's going on

I can even go to Start > UltraVNC > Edit Settings > Security Tab, and set the password as "test" and I still get authentication failure. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
