1.0.8 used to work with vista but now it doesn't??

I'm not sure what happened here but I was able to connect from my XP machines to my vista machine but now everytime I connect to my vista machine my keyboard/mouse is locked. I checked my server admin properties and "disable viewer" inputs is unchecked.
The strangest thing is that if I remote desktop from machine A to vista and then if I use VNC from machine B to vista then the inputs work.
But it's still not truly a VNC session because there are some things I can only use in a true VNC session and I'm not able to.

What to do?

Did you make sure you have different passwords for "VNC Password" and "View Only Password"?
