Dual Monitor System, Mouse stuck on 2nd Screen and i see 1st

Hello folks, my problem is simple i think, i do have a friend which i connect to to help him couple of times. Now he has upgraded his system to a Dual Monitor System, and he lives far away, so whenever i connect funny things start to happen. As i get connected i see his first screen, and can not move the mouse, if i ask him what the mouse does he sais it moves only on the second monitor

What am i supposed to do that the mouse appears on the first screen and how can i switch between the Monitors? i dont want to turn off his extended desktop every time. Anyone with a solution?
I didn't find a way to just move the mouse to the first Monitor, i am just stuck at the second while seeing the first and having no option to do anything. both systems are Windows XP, and i have dual monitors too!

There is a button on the viewers toolbar to switch monitors.

Same problem here... tested on three Windows 7 machines with multi-monitor setups. even using the button to switch monitors the pointer stays on the left monitor and just moves up and down

I can confirm this issue under Windows 7 64bit with dual monitor setup. I reverted back 1.0.8.0 and issue is not there but 1.0.8.2 seems to suffer from this.

The above posted fix resolved my problem on a Vista Ultimate x64 system w/ 3 x 1280x1024 displays, and also resolved problems with a Win7 Pro running 2 displays (not sure exact resolution)
