1.0.8.2 Deactivates Vista 64

Installed Ultravnc 1.0.8.2 for 64 bit on Vista 64 Ultimate. Every time a connection
occurs it shows in the event log as a hardware change. Then Vista deactivates
itself. A repeater is used, this machine has no routing for an external connection.
UVNC is running as a service.

I have searched High and Low without finding any possible things to fix.

An ideas or posts that I may have missed would be great.
