Silent Install

Post by millsey89 »

Morning,

I am having trouble packaging up the 1.0.8.2 install, we have around 2000 machines to roll it out to. which as you can imagine installing each one individually is going to be a long and tedius project.

I am trying to package up the install so that it installs the driver, and registers the service, with out having to go to the internet to download the driver.

We have both XP, Vista and now some Windows 7 machines and I have no issues building 3 different installs, one for each OS.

But has anyone managed to do this with out it needing to go to the internet for the driver?

Regards

Andy

and there are others, some have used AutoIt, so if you are interested in that, or other methods, search away.
