Hi, I'm a new user...
I have installed UVNC viewer on my office's pc that is into a LAN. My home's pc is connected to internet and i have the ip address (80.180.ecc...). I want to take remote control from office's pc to home's pc... but the message I recive is: Failed to connect to server... :(

This is probably a classic case of a NAT-problem.

Pleasure read other forum posts, before starting a new topic with the same old questions.

Give some more information about your office...

is it a home office or a corporation? Is the office computer managed by an IT dept or outside consultant or just you?

These things are in the FAQ's but if you put them in here we can point you in the right direction.
