Hi,
I'm an entry level tech. that will like to installing ChunkVNC to support my clients remotely, so I have some questions about if it is a link or a download to my website so the client can click on the executable and get support previous telephone call from the client, I'm hosted by Microsoft office live small business and I don't know how can I make it work, appreciate your help and input,

ChunkVNC is a package of programs. You can put them anywhere you want for people to download, whether on a web site or via e-mail or just by linking to the packages hosted by supercoe (the developer).
They're just files. (Edit: In your case, the only file you want customers to download is the InstantSupport.exe that you create.)
These ChunkVNC programs (viewer, server, repeater) need to be RUN on computers, not in a browser if that's what you had in mind.
If you follow the simple instructions it should work pretty well for you. You can run the repeater and the viewer on the same machine (yours, usually), and make sure that your own router forwards the necessary port to the repeater.
Sorry, I know little of MS Office Live, but if they let you upload and download files, that's all you need. All that your customers need to download is the "InstantSupport.exe" that <b>you</b> generate.
