Hi,
I want to know how the remote connection is made between 2 computers (e-mail, telephone, browser, etc..)so you can quickly access your customer's computers from anywhere in the world and resolve helpdesk issues remotely!
Thanks,
J.J.

Re: Remote Connection....
Hi..
I want to restate mi question about remote connection: what I realy meant is if there is a way besides single click to let the client connect or request the remote service througth a link in a e-mail or webpage and therefore download or run a executable to connect.
Thanks,
J.J.

Re: Remote Connection....
Quite a few. Two I've tried are the SCPrompt and ChunkVNC projects, both hosted right here. (They basically make the SingleClick process a little more robust and easier to deploy. They also don't rely on 3rd party EXE generation.) Another interesting possibility is vncyproxy.com, which I still haven't tried.
