Able to set the resolution of the server from the viewer?

Post by Kelvie »

It would be really useful if you could set the viewer to be able to automatically set the resolution lower on the server computer.

I have a laptop with 1400x1040 and a desktop with 1600x1200.

I want it so that if I connect to my desktop, it would automatically set it to 1280x1024 or something, then set it back when it exits.

This would be very slick ... the ability for the client to request the server's resolution.

pls guys c'mon.......can't this be implemented somehow?

the only program i know that auto adjusts resolution is microsofts remote desktop client...i would use it, but its a pain, cuz it will kick the current user who is online...

bah..C'mon! alot of people have been requesting this feature, is it really possible? or no?
