I can't find how to close the viewer when is in listen mode from command prompt.
please help me.

There's a "-kill" switch mentioned at http://www.uvnc.com/install/cmdline.html
but it ONLY works for the WinVNC process as I'm sure you found out, not for the VNCViewer.
The only way that you can do it at present is to run WIndows' taskkill command:
taskkill /F /IM vncviewer.exe
Worked fine for me. In fact it killed two vncviewers I was running as a test.

Re: command to close viewer listen mode
First, try using taskkill without /f switch. It should try closing an application by WM_CLOSE message, which is a cleaner way of terminating the app. Just when it does not work, then add the /f switch.
