Signle Cick is very slow on Windows 7 and Vista PC

We created recently SingelClick and installed new version of Ultra UVNC on our computer. When our user who connects using Windows 7 or Vista, remote support is very very slow , we click on any applications it takes few minutes to shw on the screen ?

Please guide us.
