Install uvnc to different directory (not c:\program files\ultravnc).
winvnc -install does not install the service.
In ultravnc.ini path is c:\program files\uvnc
What is the solution?

Solution:
The service install only works from Ultravnc or uvnc directory
example: c:\program files\test\uvnc\winwnc -install

I don't think this is a valid solution.
In ChunkVNC I copy winvnc.exe to C:\Program Files\ChunkVNC\winvnc.exe and install the service just fine from that directory.
I don't use UseRegistry=0 though.
