Black Screen on Connect only from a specific source

I've set up the 1.0.8 UltraVNC server on a Windows 2000 Server computer, and connecting to that server from the LAN works fine. Even connecting from my computer at home or my work computer works fine. But the lousy customer only receives a black screen upon connection.

I'm going to have her connect via her Verizon Wireless card and see if the issue is related to her modem or router. I'll post results. Does that sound like a possibility?

What is her OS?
Are you using both the 1.0.8.2 server and viewer?
How fast is her connection speed?
