Toggle remote input and remote blank monitor... replace eye

I'm sorry for my bad english but please if you can...help me!!!
I use ultravnc version 1.0.8.2 but i have a problem!!! From my pc when i control the remote pc and i push "Toggle remote input and remote blank monitor" appears on the remote screen the eye of program!!! It's possible change this eye for example with a BLACK SCREEN?? I don't want that in the remote screen appears the eye but a black screen or the same desktop. I hope that you understand me and please...reply with simple words!!! Thank you soo much!!!

push real image must named background.bmp to folder of ultravnc server !
so remote see the image of background.bmp instead eye.

and automatically the program change the original background with the file that i have created?
In the Admin Properties I must set up it??? which is the setting?

winvnc admin properties

Enable Blank Monitor on Viewer Request (check box activated)
Disable Only Inputs on Blanking Request (check box disabled)

winvnc must be restarted after change !

background.bmp must be a true bitmap picture ! (Not just renamed file)

but you can rename true existing known bitmap picture to background.bmp

now the system works but there is another problem!!! before this operation...when i have pressed ""Toggle remote input and remote blank monitor"" in the remote pc was the eye of the program and in my window of ultravnc viewer was a normale desktop of the remote pc!!! Now i have the black screen in the remote pc but i have the same black screen in my window of the ultravnc viewer!!! If is possible, i want a black screen on the remote pc but normale screen of real desktop on my window of ultravnc viewer, because if i have the same black screen i can't control the remote pc from my viewer!!! I hope that you understand me!!! please help...

maybe you have wrong ultravnc.ini

close winvnc and stop uvnc_service
rename ultravnc.ini old-ultravnc.ini
start winvnc
winvnc would ask you set the 2 password

password
1. full control (vnc password)
2. viewonly

set all your others settings.

Anyone getting this to work? Seems to work when run manually but when run as a service the Blank Screen Button does nothing? Was working before upgrading but I think I skipped a few versions so may not have been the last version before 1.0.8.0.

Your issue looks like an old bug, and may be not eliminated on 1.0.8.2. You may take a look of following thread for reference.

Base on the reported symptom, looks like the issue only appear when the Video Hook Driver is enabled (at UVNV server).
If you have the Video Hook Driver enabled too, try to switch it off and see if the problm can be eliminated.

Would you please advise the OS of the server running on (XP/Vista; 32/64 bit), the CPU (AMD/Intel). Just want to collect more info to see if this problem related to a special condition.
