Using UltraVNC SC (SingleClick) from anywhere

Post by pzmatek »

Hi Everybody,

I've got a problem but couldn't find the answer on this forum.

I configured my SingleClick UltraVNC to be able to help my clients from
a few places I work in (office, home). However sometimes when I am out I am not able to help them.
Is there a possibility to make some kind of proxy server that would connect a client from one side and me from the other side. I mean this proxy server would be installed using a static IP (lets say on my company server) and either the client and I would connect to it. Then using some kind of session id our connection would be established.
I saw this solution using web browser but it was a commercial product.

Any ideas?

Regards
Mat

Sounds like you need to utilize the UltraVNC repeater.

Or try my favorite solution ChunkVNC :D

Thank you for a quick and accurate answer.
I used your ChunkVNC and after a few tests it works like a charm.
