blank screen after connection

HI,

I've setup VNC on one of the win2k server and the installation gives no problem. After the installation is complete, when I connect to the server, after login, the screen is blank.

I tried from a XP and win2k machine and still get the same problem.

If I use terminal service, everything works fine.

The installed server is win2k and the version of vnc is "ultravnc win32 server v1.0.0 RC18 build: Jun 20 2004 20:45:25"

The viewer used is from the same installation version. Can anyone help on this ? TIA

There is mention of something like this in the FAQ

Either go to the FAQ forum, and have a dig, or

it may be your problem
