Was working before the upgrade....

I work for a company and we have used VNC SN for about a month. We then had to reinstall the server with the repeater on it. Ever since the update every time we try to connect, it comes up with "Failed to connect to server". It worked just fine before the update. Any ideas how to fix this? Is it possible to downgrade?

how SC connect to repeater ?
private repeater or public repeater ?
port opened for viewer and for SC port ?


and vncviewer need to connect to repeater with mode II (ID number)

Both ports are opened and I believe public repeater.
