Delay VNC Server Shutdown

I have installed v.1.0.8.2 (X86/AMD64) on a couple of win 2008 (R1/R2) servers. On the terminal server i noticed that on windows shutdown the ultravnc service is quitting too fast. The windows server wasn't restarting simply because of a messagebox "some users are connected. do you really want to disconnect them...". I had no chance to react as the ultravnc service was shutdown before displaying the message box.

The question is: How can one delay the shutdown of the ultravnc service so that the admin can react on such message boxes?

For win2k3 i'm still using tight vnc. they had the same problem but this was fixed in one of the last releases.
