SC on the road

Post by dcguy »

So I have successfully gotten SC to work properly from my home network. I had to go onto my router's configuration and forward 5500 to my internal IP. Which I believe everyone needs to do.

So this works great when I am at home but, I travel a lot and will need to use this tool from the road. In many situations I won't be able to forward a port, such as when I am at Starbucks, in a hotel ect.

How do I get SC to work under those situations?

Also, even with my home setup, I have a dynamic IP so will I have to make a new custom.exe everytime my IP changes?

thanks!
