Says a session is already running

I'm new to this program and am not able to access.

When I click on UltraVNC icon, screen says there is a session already running.

Can someone advise me what to do?

right click on icon ultravnc and left click List all clients

if not, please add more information:
build of your ultravnc RC?? server as service or application
OS with service pack
