Ability to VNC into locked accounts

I've searched and done some reading for about five hours now and really didn't find an answer to my question.

I'm using UltraVNC 1.0.2 and Windows XP on all machines.

I can VNC into some of my computers even if they are locked. From there I can hit the CAD button and throw in my password...but on some computers, if they are locked, after I put in the password VNC just dies.

I have have been testing on four computers...two that I can VNC in to no matter what, and two that I can only if they are unlocked. I have made sure all settings that I can find are the same and they are all set to a service. With no luck on getting the other two to be able to be VNC'd into at all times.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try a newer release of UltraVNC, 1.0.2 is fairly outdated.
