[solved] Problem with MSOffice 2007 Office Button menu

Post by TSLtrek »

Excel and Word 2007 will not display the main menu...I'm refering to the circle (office button) in the upper left corner of the menu.

For some reason the menu that drops down does not display. First noticed this with 1.0.8.0...updating to 1.0.8.2 did not correct.

I first noticed this on 1.0.6.x (maybe earlier?).
I've only tested without the mirror driver, anyone have luck with the mirror driver fixing this issue?

EDIT:

To fix the issue edit the ultravnc.ini -> CaptureAlphaBlending=1 (default is 0)

Installing the hook driver also fixes this issue.

That did it...thanks.

That option can also be set in the Admin Properties for those who don't want to hunt down the .ini file.
