Reading Proxy Settings erro

Reaper is installed on a VM with settings of:

Enable Mode I -- Checked
Enable Mode II -- Checked
Restrict access to server port = 0

Listen Port Viewer: 5500
Listen Port Server: 5900


My Helpdesk.txt reads as follows:

Using UltraVNC viewer i have my VNC set to : ExternalIP
Proxy/repeater: externalIP:5500


The error i get on the repeater log is:

winvnc do reverse connection to repeater on port 5500
vncviewer do direct connection to repeater on port 5900
computer can run repeater and vncviewer and winvnc but not on same port

where run the repeater and is there any winvnc and vncviewer running on the same computer ?
did you restart computer ?

please update your repeater 1.0.8.0 and still compatible.

The repeater is now being updated on my VM (at a datacenter)

The VNCViewer (My office)

The HelpDesk.exe is running on another PC within the office (Different network than the VNC viewer though)

I am now receiving the error that reads:

"Server closed connection"
"- The server running as application"

yes, this can happen some time

Is there anyway to get around the Server running application?

i only find this happen while winvnc disconnected from repeater.
but viewer can reconnect so i'm not worried more than accept this issue of winvnc
