[solved]problem with windows 7

i'm using windows xp to remote the windows 7 by Utravnc
when i connect to windows 7 i can see everything but i cannot control the windows 7 at all
i tried the ctrl alt delte and everything but nothing like i'm not sending anything

all i can do is a viewer the server ,what can i do now?

i check the settings on the server but nothing
help me guys

i uninstall it and restart
and then reinstall it again
now i can remote my windows 7
