i have uvnc on my PC and we are using NetSupport on other pc's can i connect to them?? tried to connect using viewer but tells me that the MSRC4Plugin.dsm is not compatible... please help

remote OS ?, SC version or ultravnc server version ? who get help + MSRC4Plugin version ?

Windows OS: XP Home + Vista Business + 7 Home

viewer OS - WinXP SP3
UltraVNC Server/Viewer version - 1.0.8.0
MSRC4Plugin version - default with UltraVNC 1.0.8.0

Remote OS - WinXP SP3 / SP2 (mostly SP3)
NetSupport version 9.5

can UltraVNC connect to computers running NetSupport on LAN?

is netsupport compatible with ultravnc ?

you can't use dsmplugin if netsupport don't support it.
you need to ask netsupport.
