No DirectX Viewer in UVNC 1.0.8.0

I run WXP SP3 on a Lenovo laptop.
I uninstalled 1.0.6.5 then installed 1.0.8.0. As a result there was no DirectX viewer.
The only way I can get DirectX is to uninstall 1.0.8.0, clean the registry, install 1.0.6.5, which has DirectX, then upgrade to 1.0.8.0.
Is this normal?

When you check the version of the DirectX VNCviewer in Help>About, what does it say? Mine says 1.0.5.4 whether I use 1.0.6.5 or 1.0.8.0.

To me it looks like the DirectX version only comes in 1.0.5.4. I love the tabs.

Are there updates scheduled for the DirectX branch?

confirmed, there no directx vncviewer 1.0.8.0
maybe 1.0.8.1, only Rudi choice.

When I use the normal viewer (version 1.0.6.5 or 1.0.8.0), there is a problem with the mouse pointer "jumping around", especially if the connection is slow.
This problem does not occur with the directx (tabbed) viewer.
Is the directx viewer going to be available in 1.0.8.x and future versions? We would really appreciate that.

don't forget update standard as vncviewer DirectX in the 1.0.8.1
should not have any trouble.
