Multiple VNC apps running at once

Post by mburchart »

HEllo all

I am looking to have multiple Vnc apps opened at once. i figured out how to by pass entering the password using the viewer, i am now trying to figure out how to bypass the password using the java applet. Please help.

I am also wondering if there is a way (if you have vnc page opened and then you reclick the icon for the same page opened if there is a way to have that page pope back up, and not have a new instance of the viewer load. meaning two of the same PC's on your screen.

Thanks everyone.

I am not sure that I can help, but you seem to have had no replies. I am wondering if people understand what you want.

What OS are you using? What version of VNC?

As I understand it, you want to prevent somebody accidenatlly opening two Viewer -> Server sessions on one PC, and want it to revert to the original. Right?

From my limited experience, it takes quite an effort to load a new instance. I have to click on the Viewer Icon, then actually ask to connect to an IP address. Why would you keep doing this, by accident?

Sorry that's as far as I can go.
