windows 7 cannot ctrl-alt-del

i installed ctrl-alt-del on windows 7 professional edition. the vnc works fine, but i cannot ctrl-alt-del.

error msg = "ctrl alt del require service no permission"

can anyone kindly offer help ?

I had the exact same issue, even set CAD.EXE as a service but didnt work. The solution??? ENABLE UAC! Yes, I enable UAC and that seems to solve the problem (enabled to: "Notify me only when programs try to make changes to my computer (do not dim my desktop") .
