Hey all. I've read through every post in here reguarding this matter and I can't seem to figure this out.
I installed the program and the setupdrv.exe install and I have a DI-624 router on my DSL connection. I am using a DFI Lanparty UT 250GB nforce3 motherboard.
I have a static ip address. I have forwarded ports 5800/5800 and 5900/5900 on my router and I can't get in. Gives me "failed to get server address".
I have tried using the vncviewer and also using http://myipaddresshere:5800 to no avail.
My internet connection firewall(xp firewall) is turned off as well. I have no firewall programs running on my system. Only thing I can thing of is maybe my motherboard has a built in firewall on the ethernet port but I am not sure. Anyone have any ideas as to why this might not be working? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Failed to get server address ! Please Help

I got it to work. Turns out my hunch was right. My motherboard has a built in firewall and softare to manage it. That software wasn't installed correctly so I reinstalled it and gained access to my built in firewall on my motherboard and forwarded the correct ports and wallah. Works like a charm. thanks for the help!
