Saving IP addresses in a named file

Post by Terry NYorks »

I would like to save IP addresses in a library of named files in a pointed to folder.

Having searched, unless I used the wrong keywords, I have come up with nothing.

Can anyone help please?

Many thanks

If you want to save the connection options and IP address of servers you have connected to.

While connected to the server - hit Ctrl-Alt-F5 to save that session..

or you can create your own whatever.vnc file in notepad and fill in the blanks after you create one link.

If you want to get even fancier...

you can set up a web page with all of these VNC files and set it up so your help desk techs can all access the server addresses as needed.
