Own Icon on the file SC

Post by fonsy2000 »

I upload and download the finish file with all my logo, icon and info and everything worked except the icon. Why the original icon(uvnc) still appearing.

I created my own icon and I am deleting the original icon from the zip file, when I upload to compilation and download to see how work, the SC work perfect but has the same original icon, everything else change, my logo and background. I tried B/W color, size same the the original icon and nothing happen, the original icon still there.

Any suggestion what is happening

Thanks

I didn't encounter problem when using the online tool to create the SC.exe with my own icons. The .exe works properly on both XP & Vista.

The format of the icon I used is: 32 x 32 pixel, 32 bit color depth.
(exactly the same as the original from uvnc)

You may download two sample icons from following link, which I had used and they worked as expected.
