need help sc and openvpn

hi.

I have problem with sc.

I have openvpn server.
Server ip address:
77.47.186.yyy (connection to internet)
192.168.15.0/24 (openvpn network)
192.168.10.0/24 (local network)
Supports have openvpn connection with ip
192.168.15.2
192.168.15.10

The support viewers use standard port (5000).

The customer run sc, connect to 77.47.186.xxx:5502, or 77.47.186.xxx:5510. The server firewall forward tcp/ip packet to openvpn network (192.168.15.2:5500 or 192.168.15.10:5500 respectively).
When support laptop is not far from openvpn server (located in local network), all work fine.
When support laptop is far from openvpn server (located somewhere in Internet), I have error that “connection failed – error reading protocol version, possible causes: forgotten to select a DSMPlugin and the Server uses a DSMPlugin”, but I do not use encryption and DSMPlugin.
The tcpdump shows:

Then I have got window with error.

When I run sc on first support laptop and connect to second support laptop through openvpn network (192.168.15.2 ---> 192.168.15.10), all laptop located in Internet or fist laptop located in local network and second located in Internet, all work fine.

Can anybody tell where the problem is?

May be I need to forward more ports in firewall?
May be the distance (less 25 km) destroy protocol of sc?
