problem with getting the view of the remote computer[edited]

i'm using ultravnc for a while and it worked great.(thanks for that )
i had a delays in the display, but i think it because the slow upload connection and it is OK for me.
but, for a two weeks now, when i try to get a remote control with 2 different people, i got problems.
in the begining of the connection, everything is OK and ultravnc works like before, but after 2-4 minutes (approximately) the screen dont do a refresh of the remote computer and picture freezing for a long time(1-3 minutes(again. approximately )).
after 1-3 minutes the screen show movements in the remote computer for couple of seconds, but after that it freezes again for a while.
i dont know what i did, that such a thing is happend.
again, this thing is happend with 2 different people that i remote control their computer, so i think the problem is in my computer.

if i close the winvnc server and i tell my friend to open it again, sometimes it works, but again, just for 1-2 minutes and after that it starting to freeze on my screen.

also, their computer works good, the freezing is just on my computer.

i have win xp sp3 and they have, windows xp sp2.

we are using ultravnc 1.0.5.6 (the latest version till couple of days ago )


i didn't change any configuration i had in the past(if i remember right )

1st,
uvnc 1.0.5.6 is old
the actual release is 1.0.6.4 out 9 July 2009

before upgrade... you could try if this help
and don't forget to set the polling otherwise, you have no have better refresh

winvnc
properties (not admin properties)
checkbox only the below:
Poll Full Screen
Poll Foreground windows
System HookDll
Low Accuracy


then if not help, you need to update your ultravnc 1.0.5.6 to 1.0.6.4

first of all, thanks for the answer .

second, as i said, even though the version is old, it worked good for couple of months, and it was good without changing enything in the properties windows.
also, i didn't use the video hook driver before.

second, you told me what to sign ,in the properties window, but you didn' t mention the video hook driver option to sign, why?
isn't it good for the speed of the display?

well i have an update.
i found that if i am using the directx viewer, the speed of the display is much faster then the regular viewer.

it also seems to work better than before, but i didn't check it for a long time, so take it as limited liability.

also, there is a difference between the viewers.
when i was using the regular one and close the remote server, my viewer also shutdown without a problem.
in the directx viewer, if i close the remote server, my viewer is starting to not responding and i need to forcedly shut him down.
