Application Builder?

Post by wabi »

Would it be possible to get the application Builder you use for SC?
That would make it easier for such code-illliterated like me to modify things that are not in the source-code (like Icons etc.)

That resource hacker is a cool little program. However it won't let me look at some of the files inside the single click .exe file. It believes they are compressed or something.

Repack

Post by wabi »

I totally unpacked and repacked it with selfext. Now I can change the configs with ResHack and I could make it an additional 20KB smaller than before included 16bit Icons.
Perhaps this would be a thing to do?

you wanted to make it small?
then "UPX" and "PE Optimizer" should be satisfactory.

UPX

PE Optimizer

(i'm not sure that's the official PEOptimizer site.
only if i could understand russian...)
