Could VNCserver only listen from one specified NetCard

I try to install VNC program in my PC server with 2 ethernet card.
One ethernet card links to our company Intranet.
(IP:10.55.XX.XX)
The other ethernet card links to the local HUB and some device with ethernet module.(IP:192.168.0.1)
But when we start the VNCserver. The VNCserver seems listen
request from 2 IPs.
But for our purpose, we want to limit VNCserver only to listen request from IP:10.55.XX.XX (Intranet).
How to achieve this ?

WinXP SP1
Network Connection -> [your connection] -> Properties -> Advanced -> Internet Connection Firewall

WinXP SP2
windows firewall -> Advanced -> Network Connection Settings
