This second works fine, but the one i need, the first one does not.

VNC Viewer is always connected and listening on port 5500

Port 5500 is correctly forwarded on my routed and firewall allowing connections

Any advice?

if viewer is listening the port 5500 and and ping not answer to your public ip, there no luck for winvnc can connect to vncviewer !
check your FQDN if there no mistake

let run your vncviewer listening and check your public ip
http://www.canyouseeme.org/
if vncviewer listening, it should show you an error message of incoming connection failed.
if nothing happen, mean, there no communication possible with this port.
could be blocked by ISP
so you need use non standard TCP port under 1024 value

I have followed the other thread about changing the incoming port, But I cannot find the properties page.

I am running UVNC Viewer in listen mode and I have UVNC Server aswell.

there no properties page for change listening port

only modify file helpdesk.txt and recompile your SC

[HOST]
Double Click Here
-connect innocentmedia.serveftp.net::80 -noregistry

double dot very important for non standard port

then modify your shortcut command line
"%programfiles%\UltraVnc\vncviewer.exe" -listen 80
