Also i'm a little confused by how the pehelpware actually works. whats the different between it and VNC? And also what part does the repeater plays in the program and why is it set to uvnc.com? can i change the address of the repeater?

Please advice.....

I'm try to set up a helpdesk system that will allow me to remote into another computer and try to help them. But the catch is some of the people i need to support are connected to the internet via proxy and not directly to the internet. I can get the pchelpware to work when both computer are connected directly to the internet but i really need advice with the proxy part. Can feel free to email me at luachinhong@gmail.com also... your help will be deeply appreciated...

Hi i tried according but i'm not getting good results. Can anyone please tell me why am i getting a error message everytime after about 1 minute of connect.

The error reads PcHelpWare_Viewer.exe has encounter a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

After i click close the viewer just closes. Can anyone tell me the solution to this problem?

I'm also only able to get sucess when all my computer are directly connect to the internet. No success when i am behind my compony's proxy.

Thanks in Advance first....

At the Viewer GUI, check the "Disable Directx" option. See if this can fix the problem.
