I'm using SCII for customer support (helpdesk.txt with [ENTERCODE] option).
It works fine but I 've a problem if a customer is behind a web proxy.
For security reason some customer works only with proxy configured on browser without a gateway ip specified on network configuration.
In this case there is no way to contact the public repeater ip specified in helpdesk.txt file.
Is there a solution?

SCII and proxy
Re: SCII and proxy
Basically the SCII is not supporting to work with proxy in design, thus it cannot overide this limitation by itself. if those pc are your managed device, you may try to use some tools like SOCKCap (to help a non-proxy-aware program to work with proxy), or to set up a HTTP Tunnel. But these require to install addition program on your customer's pc, and/or may break their company regulation, so I think it is not a good idea.
In this case I will suggest you to consider using PcHelpWare to support these customer. PcHelpWare is another freeware developed by UltraVNC, similar function and feature as SCII, and is designed to work with a pc working behind a proxy -- but it doesn't use the VNC procotol anymore.
