I've tried various ways to change the password for my UltraVNC Sever (WinVNC).

I've even tried vncpwd, which says:

ERROR: Can't change WinVNC password

However, it does not explain why there was an error, and why it couldn't be changed.

I am running Windows Vista 32-bit SP1.

Any ideas why the password refuses to change?

I'm unable to login as I don't know what password is set.

Never mind, I had to force it using the /y flag on vncpwd, then restart the service.
