Remote support from a terminal server.

I am trying to make a remote support solution for our first-line supporters.

The idea is this:

We use a Windows 2003 Terminal Server with one eksternal IP address.
Each supporter use their own terminal session.

We have five supporters that simultaneous needs to run different remote support sessions with SC as the client software.

Is this possible? If yes, how? Links to some reading?

i have never tried to do what your doing.

but vnc server and terminal server has some issues.

i tend to stay away from terminal servers with vnc ...

but running viewer should be fine, but as i said, never tried what your attempting (don't think anyone would have) ... so try the following:

1) open a series of ports (5500-5505) on your firewall (port forwarding if needed), then setup a viewer to listen on a different port (-listen 550?) for each user.

2) download scprompt2009 and run from an independant internet connection, inputing IP and port of server.

the above should work, and if it does:

3) figure out which sc version you want to use (the default SC doesn't support vista) and setup your client.

I suggest logging on to the terminal server with a admin login and then remote control their session a much better option as you can see what user etc you want to connect to.
