Noise on server

Post by Cesto »

Hi all,

I am trying to use VNC as a "remote control" for my multimedia server.

But as soon as a client logs on the server, the I can hear "cracking noises" when listening to music or even with applications
sounds.

It happens with Real VNC too =(

Has anyone ever encontered such a problem ?

Thx in advance, Cesto

Never mind ...

Hi again,

Never mind, I found it ... The problem was due to my video
card's driver. I found a option "use bus master" or something...
(matrox drivers). I disabled it and it is now fixed !

Works like a charm =)
