How to take a screen capture + how to use screen recorder?

Hi!

So, how is it possible to take a capture of the screen of the computer I'm connected to?

Does screen recorder work? I've just tried it, but I can see only a black screen!!!

Thanks... but maybe I'm missing something!

In the UltraVNC Server Property Page, I checked "Video Hook Driver", is it right?

Then, I connect to the server with the Viewer, I start Screen Recorder and then?

It should start recording only the Viewer window, right?

But I always get a black screen! And then why, when I save the file, it asks me to open it, and then it opens it with Internet explorer?

Is it possible to get a screen capture?

P.S. Geneve... I was there about one year and half ago, to visit the LHC!

Ok, I've just remembered that there are two drivers
http://www.uvnc.com/download/index.html

WIN32/X64 UltraVNC 1.0.5 Video Driver

and Ultravnc ScreenRecorder Video Driver

But, when I try to install the latter, it tries to replace vncdrv.dll, and it says that the version of the file it's trying to install is older

So, the matter is: do I need to install both the drivers to make Screen recorder work?

screen recorder need an update for use old driver and new driver.

What about taking a screen capture? Is it possible? Or only by taking a normal screen capture of all from the computer I'm connecting from?
