Anybody really knows how to make SC work on Vista?

Post by soft4you »

Hi,

I am using SC on Windows XP without problems. But cannot get to even make a first click if SC is on Vista.

I searched this forum, and all I see are similar complaints and no solution for the last 2 years.

I just saw that the program inside SC is from 2005. This is before Vista started!

Is it possible that the full UVNC is developed for Vista but the pure server part never was prepared for SC?

So frustrating :(

have you tried the [topic=14809]scprompt 2009 version i created[/topic] ... if that works no problem for you ... then it should solve your problems for vista users (can be setup to have pre-defined connections, although this is a little harder to accomplish :) )

Thanks, I'll have a look.

BTW, I just noticed that one of the "sponsors" of UVNC site is TeamViewer ?!
