Need help with SC for outside connections

Hi

I have been using SC for awhile now and can connect to anyone inside my network. I need to find a way to connect to PC's on the internet. I have been trying to setup SC and repeater with no luck Is this the correct step or shoud I use NAT to NAT When the outside PC runs my support file I never see a connection notice on my pc.
