Support on with SC on Vista PCs

hi all, i am created my tool with SC, no problem, the real problem is:

when a pc/client with windows Vista, need support, i can access the Remote Desktop, but.... the support are slow slow slow..... each click are slow.

if i use Teamviewer the support are easy and fast.

why?

I've gotten it to work on my laptop that has Vista. I did notice a huge speed increase when I turned off Aero, then it worked fine.

Have the remote user right click on the uvnc icon on the taskbar, and go to properties. Then UN-check the "Poll full screen (fast)" box and click Apply.

Viola, Fast SC on Vista.

I cant get a remote connection to be stable on a vista PC over wan regardless of settings to my knowledge a lots of updates must be done to SC.

One more tips from another member for your reference: [topic=10505]SC VNC and Vista[/topic]

We found that reducing colors from 32bit to 16bit made all the difference - this automatically disables Aero. Disabling Aero but leaving colors at 32bit still resulted in very slow screen refreshes.

This does seem an awful lot like a bug.

The normal UltraVNC doesn't seem to do this. Is there a way to fix the SC version, so that it will run OK under Vista? Maybe an option in the .ini-file to temporarily disable Aero/32 bit colours?
